This is a great little way to have fun. No different than "naming a star" after someone, except you can actually visit "your" land in Scotland. The certificate is nicely done, and it is truly a blast when you tell your friends they have to call you by your title. Are you actually a "Lord or Lady"? NO. Scottish law is very strict on conferring titles, BUT you don't really have a star named after you either. It's just fun!
