It was not clear that I should first put money in the account and then Hire the Writer. Once I paid I was waiting to see why the writer has not picked up my order. This could be made clear for the first time user. From now on, I know what to do.

I have actually used Essaypro plenty of times with no issues, except TODAY. I requested a paper on 12/7 with a deadline of 2:30 on 12/9. I always place the deadline a few hours ahead because I'm still weary and I know life happens. Upon finally settling down and ready to look at my order to submit in 10 mins of my real deadline 10 pm I seen a message from 12/9 1:30 pm the writer saying she had technical difficulties and needed an extension of 5-6 hours. Now 6 hours from 1:30 would be 7:30 pm. Here it is 10:39 and I still have no paper. I requested a refund and "management" will take 2-3 days to investigate. I asked the writer did she have anything, she stated she could have a rough draft for me in 45 mins. Like what in the world?! So during this 48+ you haven't even wrote anything at least? I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I probably will not use them again because this one major assignment just made me fail my course and they want to investigate for $48 when I just spent 100s on this one course.
Also she uploaded some paper that had nothing to do with my subject, anything I sent her. It was a 2 page paper of firearms, I requested a paper on Superbad the movie.
