I left 6 messages, emails and phone calls over a two week span. No one called back. I've been ordering from here for almost 3 years and this was the first problem I had. The toner I've been using changed their formula. I didn't like the switch and just wanted to make an exchange. Was given no help at all. I'm done with this site.So rude.
Terrible customer service and very dishonest. Would never recommend this site to anyone.
Very disappointed with this company. Products are always on backorder because they ckearly do not stock - they order product from suppliers only after they receive a purchase. Also, their customer service is very poor. I have emailed them my concern and they have not even responded.
Items were on back order. When they arrived approximately a month later, liquid from some products spilt in the bag as it was improperly packaged. Attempts were made by email and telephone calls to help with this issue. No response by email and kept receiving the answering machine when I was instructed to call back if I did not receive a response by email. I was very inconvenienced by this and did not receive the full quantity paid for. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
Used to order skincare products and had no problem other than the occasional backorders. Stopped buying my skincare products from them few years ago because my credit card was comprised not once but twice after placing my order with them. I could tell it was someone relating to eskincare because that credit card I used was solely for online ordering of my skincare products. I now buy from somewhere else to save the hassle!
I have ordered several items from the Canadian site. About 75% of my orders have been delayed due to backordered items. In the past they have charged my Visa before items were shipped. Now they backorder the entire order for weeks.
I ordered a cream that they didnt have in stock - it came up as on backorder. I emailed them and told them to cancel the order as I got it from another store - nothing happened! So i called them and was told they could not cancel it as it had shipped already. The product has not arrived one week later - and TODAY i recived an eamil it had shipped. Clearly they lied to me last week when they told me I could not cancel as it had just left their warehouse...
Horrible customer service. When I asked why they dont respond to my emails - I was told they cant as they get 3000 emails a day - they should not post an email address which cant be used - or hire some people to handle their emails.
Great website. Prices are excellent and shipping is fast. I only order products that I have used previously. I will be placing my third order today.
I have ordered my skin care products on eskincarestore.com for about a year now. Everything is decently priced and the site is user friendly. Promotional 15% or 20% off happens very frequently - which is wonderful. I would love more reviews on the products - that's the only thing remotely negative about the site. They ship the orders FAST! If you're looking for skin care like Yonka, Kinerase, Sothys, Clarasonic etc... this is the site to go to.
