I had a hard time finding a dress I had seen before and I am a mix of sizes so customization sold me!

This dress is just the latest in a lovely array of things I've gotten from eShakti and as per usual, the fit is perfect, the color is even better than I expected and ordering was a breeze! Delivery was fairly quickand I just couldn't be happier!

My experience overall has been great the multiple times I have ordered from e Shakti. My dresses hold up well and are in all good quality. I have needed to return a few items, they have made the process easy but as notified on the website and the letter sent with the items it takes on the longer side to receive your gift certificate, but not passed the length of time indicated, I'm not sure on a refund as I am always interested in purchasing new items.

I asked for an unchanged and received an emsil back saying they could do that. I really appreciated the email. Unfortunately though, even though the dress had a lower waist as I had requested, the fabric was so uncomfortable due to being very cheap non-breathable polyester that I will never wear it.

I have ordered several dresses from this company and have been very happy with the quality and of course the ability to customize! There is good followup with orders too.

I don't usually fit standard dress sizes, so it has been a blessing to find eShakti and have dresses made that actually fit me! I also really appreciate the option of modifying the neckline, sleeve length and hem length. I'm in a job where I have to stand, sit on stools, squat, bend over, etc and yet still look nice, so I need that flexibility of neckline, length and sleeve length to find dresses for work. I absolutely love eShakti, but this time I am pretty disappointed. First, I tried to apply a coupon code that didn't work and I was charged full price. When I asked them about it three times, they finally responded and instead of refunding me, they just gave me another coupon code to use in the future. I ordered two dresses a month ago and just barely got one of them, but the other one hasn't come yet. Customer service has been pretty unresponsive, and I don't know where my other dress is. I can't track it on the eShakti website anymore because it says the order has been delivered. I'm really sad about it because that was my birthday/Christmas gift and I haven't been able to wear it yet. So I love the products--the dress that did come is perfect--but I have been pretty frustrated with the customer service this time.

You are very slow on responding. I asked for my dresses to be there by the 20th. You said no. I asked for you to send me the two that were clearly ready. No response. It took several tries from a nice customer service rep to finally get my dresses. Still didn't get the geo print. Asked for it to be cancelled if easier. Was it done? Will I get a full credit? The world may never know...on the plus side liked the two I got! Although the pleated one was a bit too big to be a 14.

The customization options are perfect and they were very accommodating with my special request for the neckline in the back of the dress. The material used was great quality and the fit! The fit of this dress was magic!
