The site is easy. Annoying to measure yourself, added an inch or 2 extra but was still a touch small in the waist. Everything else fine and the dress is as pictured
When I save the style, it disappears if I go anywhere else or place it in favorites. I would like it to save the style somewhere so I can go back a order or change it later.

EShakti is the absolute best in customer service. I ordered a custom-made dress for my son's wedding, took all my measurements myself. When the dress arrived (earlier than expected), the fit was not correct. Clearly doing my own measurements was not a good idea. I provided adjusted measurements and pictures of the first dress on me. I received a call from someone at eShakti to confirm those measurements and discuss my fit issues. Within 10 days I received the re-made dress.
It was a hit and I received many, many compliments. I will definitely use them in the future. They are the best.
