I love to be able to customize sleeve length and dress length.

I've been shopping with eShakti for years. I love how easy it is to customize clothing. I love that everything has pockets. And I really like that each order includes the names of the people who worked on the clothing. That's really cool and I appreciate having the opportunity to thank them.

I just find the website very difficult to use. I have not ordered previously because of frustration. Thank you for listening.

Easy to order. Great fit. This site won't let me give it less than 5 starts… I'd give it 3 or possibly 4, tops.

I was a little too generous with my measurements to the garment doesn't fit perfectly. Measuring yourself perfectly is a must. I didn't know the outfit would be so streatchy so mine ended up to big and too short in the torso, which will likely prevent me from wearing it. The quality of material and the product is great.

Quick & easy! The fit is great! I did not custom order with my measurements. I just ordered my regular dress size. It came and fits like a glove. After the wedding I plan on getting it hemmed to be shorter (tea length) so I can wear it again. Since the fit was so great, I likely will get more dresses from eShakti in the future.

Overall I had a good experience with this company and their product. I've only bought one skirt from them, but I would purchase more.

I'm over-the-moon pleased. I bought a floor length dress to attend a formal-attire wedding. The wide range of sizes and the ability to customize - change out the neckline, sleeve length, garment length - to make it my own is what drew me in. By following the size chart and taking my measurements accurately I was able to get a floor length dress that fit exactly as promised, expected, and hoped. In less than two weeks from across the globe and for less than $100 dollars! I'm thrilled to be able to buy direct and not have to then take it somewhere for alterations. 10 out of 10 I recommend.

The clothes are beautiful and I like that they can be tailored to specific measurements. The clothes are wrapped beautifully when they arrive, and there are clear instructions on fit, alterations and returns. My only critique is that, after one item totally did not suit me (returned), and the second fit nicely, but was not the -most- flattering style on my body type (I kept it), that eShakti could somehow help make recommendations for styles that would complement certain figures. I also wish I could have simply been refunded the first item instead of a "credit."

I received many compliments on the dress. It was nice to have it fit to my measurements. I will definitely order in the future.

I love the masks I ordered! The elastic came off one of three I've ever received from the site, but it's easily fixable. Otherwise they've been stylish, comfortable, and great.

Nice fabric! Nice concept, very nice service (slow tho). I didn't know the neck was going to be so deep cut tho. I'll pay for a seamstress to use the neck's interfacing to cover the low v. Best wishes

Never had any issues ordering or receiving items; have just initiated my first return of a few items so not sure yet how that process is going to turn out. The clothes are nice - definitely better quality than clothes of comparable price in retail stores.
