I have been waiting for a month to get my order and it has not even been shipped yet. I keep getting the same repetitive email response. I just want my dress. I want the dress I ordered, and I want it soon! I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and that I was scammed! Once I get the dress I ordered I will NEVER order from ericdress again!

They took 3 months to not send my dress and it took me thirty days to get a refund and only because I disputed the charge. I would have paid for something and got nothing otherwise. Automated customer service this site is a SCAM. Don't even think about it.

I have been skeptical about purchasing shoes from this site, due to the reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised about the quality and similarity to the site. I love these shoes. Some look even better in person. I would definitely purchase from this site again.

I am still trying to get the missing beads and asked to be sent some, the reply is to keep offering me more money so far it's $13. They still have the sandals in stock so why can't they take them off one pair and send me them, they say it's more expensive to send me them but it can't be more than the $13. I will NEVER buy anything from ericdress again.

The dress is absolutely gorgeous, it meets and goes beyond my expectations. I'm sure when I wear it on my 31st wedding anniversary my husband will be speechless. The quality, color, the processing everything was wonderful. Thank you so much

I ordered two tops that looks super-cute on the website. I am a 2X and ordered as such. I can't even get them on, after waiting for them for almost a month. Chinese rip off. Stay away from this site! I just lost $75! Returns? I'm not even going to try to return these to CHINA and try to get my money back. Lesson learned. Please learn from my lesson and DO NOT ORDER FROM ERICDRESS!

I highly recommend this site. The dress I ordered is of very high quality at a great price. They were delivered in a respectable amount of time and in a creative box.
