Well part says it will fit my miter saw it wont, so i try to return it and cant, go to return part click it and go back to home screen and try to call no answer

I had to wait almost 4 months for my items. After that time, I received the items but one of them arrived broken. I wrote them about a month ago but they don't answer me yet.

So far not impressed, I payed for overnight shipping on the item I need for work, and it's been two weeks and it has not even shipped, and your web site won't let me cancel the order, and you have already took the money out of my account

I purchased a handle for my table saw and received the wrong part and can't return it because their website and customer service suck! Felt totally ripped off!

I was looking for a small filter for an electric kettle. Found it at a reasonable price (including shipping). Recommend eReplacementParts. Kettle is now serviceable again!

The parts you have are tremendous. I just love the parts diagram to find parts even if I do not know the name of it. The multiple times I have used the site, parts ship the same day or at the most, next day. The only complaint I have is the choice of shippers. Several parts have shipped with FedEx from 200 miles away, arrive next day. Parts shipped from further with USPS took more then 2 week to arrive. I would be more than willing to pay the extra shipping cost to get the better shipping times. I definitely will be ordering from you again.

It took awhile for them to receive my parts, the frappe machine has not been manufactured in years. They were great to keep me updated while they were waiting for the parts. Hopefully if I have gasket problems again, they will be able to get them for me.

The site was easy enough to use. Got my switch in a reasonable time and the part worked. Got my drill back on line.

Item was easy enough to order on their website. Received it within a week.
The part was a direct replacement for the bimetal thermostat with burnt out points.
Out and in in little time. Just replace the new one right side up. It'll fit either way.
Biggest problem was removing plastic cover without destroying the retaining ears.
It can be done by carefully depressing the ears using a thin screwdriver blade or small
Steel rule. Make sure the repair is complete and satisfactory before snapping the plastic cover
Back on the end cap of the heater.

LIST OF REPLACEMENT Rubber Feet for Sunbeam Slow Cooker was not clear. I intended to order four (4) rubber feet. I clicked four and received four packages of four rubber feet. So now I have 12 extra rubber feet when I needed to replace ONE!

I needed a replacement power switch for a 10+ year old Oreck hand-held vacuum. I typed in the information & lo-and-behold these guys had the right switch & for a good price. I also got it quickly and was able to install it in minutes. My wife is much happier now that she doesn't have to unplug the vacuum to turn it off.
