Accurate, especially when other vendors showed these items as "no longer available". Shipping and delivery was very prompt. My only negative was that the cylinder sleeve came with a manufactured lip at the bottom which prevented proper assembly. I was able to complete the repair by reusing the original sleeve.
Was able to replace the switch and keep my old skilsaw instead of trashing it. Was happy to save my old reliable made in USA saw.
Bye bye multiple parts in this website for all different types of equipment I've always had a nice experience with them they always send me the correct part and it's usually goes very smoothly ships when it's supposed to delivered when it's supposed to
COVID should NOT be an excuse for not having a person to talk to when a customers orders. No response from email or phone calls. Going somewhere else. You lost a loyal shopper.
It took way to long to get to me. I needed the parts to fix my reel before I came to Florida for 2 months for a fishing vacation. The parts came after I got down here so I had to buy a new reel for my rod. So I haven't seen the parts to comment on. Disappointed that they didn't get to me sooner.

We purchased two items at one time, a blender bowl base and a food processor bowl. The blender part is fine, redesigned for added strength where the original failed. But when I researched the bowl, there were two designs available, with an appropriate warning that the two are not interchangeable. The part that did not match my bowl lid was available, but the part I needed was on back order from the manufacturer. So I sighed, ordered the correct part, and prepared to wait the projected month or more, while both the blender and the food processor leaked a little, but were useable. I was shocked and momentarily pleased when the shipment came just a week later. Until I opened it and found that I had paid $30 something for THE WRONG PART!. You shipped the other one, which of course was not what I ordered. I only have PDF proof of order and purchase, should you be interested to follow up. I am glad to share.
Best place to purchase replacement parts out there. I've purchased Vaccum parts, Faucet parts, lawnmower parts and washer/dryer parts. All have fit and worked as they should.
I'd been using my table saw for years with a bent rail, but 10 mins on the site helped me find and order the right replacement part. The part shipped quickly and was in perfect condition.
The on-off button had broken on our great Makita flashlight, making it difficult to use. EReplacementParts offered a button, the specs looked right, so I risked the less than $10. Part to see if I could salvage our excellent Makita flashlight. It worked perfectly! Within 15 minutes we took apart the flashlight and got the new piece installed. Now our favorite flashlight works great on the job and at home.

I have bought from them several times and have always been pleased. Trying to save a few dollars I ordered a part for my blender from a company through Amazon. The original part number had been replaced by another part number. When it came it did not fit at all so I had to spend the time returning. I then ordered from eReplacements and naturally it did fit. I won't waste my time again and eReplacements will be my go to place from now on.
The 50 amp breaker on my generator took a dump. It would work for everything except the a/c. And in South Florida that's not happening. So I purchased a replacement breaker, from eReplacementparts.com. I comes as expected and on time. It looks NOS (new old stock) but the generator is over 15 years so I'm regretful they had is. Putting it into the generator and the housing breaks as I tighten the last terminal.
NOT GOOD!
Called ereplacementparts and Barb hooks me up. She refunds the broken breaker, send me a Prepaid shipping label and then orders me a new breaker. Everything taken care of in a 10 minute phone conversation. That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE:-)

I ordered a part more than 2 weeks ago. That process was great, including part diagrams, etc. However, since then, they've become ghosts. Can't reach anyone either by e-mail or on the phone. You get the typical, circle-jerk process. I have no idea where my part is. It's amazing, they, "make it easy to cancel your order." That is not a strategy and certainly isn't customer service. Providing my order number does nothing, so I'm left in limbo. At this point, on my first attempt using this company, my advice it... source it somewhere else.
Shipped a broken tent pole and missing "end caps" for the remaining poles. Expect better customer service and follow up.
I have a twenty year old snow blower and I got the right size belts and they worked great. Would definitely use site again.

Normally I would divide a review into the good, the bad, and the ugly. I am pleased to proclaim that there is only good. In the first place, the brushes came promptly. In the second place, the brushes were the correct part. Nice to restore a tool to working condition when it would otherwise become junk.
This is the second time I ordered the Stoneware for the Crock-Pot Model SCCPVC400-S. Both times it was very poorly packaged: wrapped loosely in bubble wrap plastic and in a box too large. In both occasions, the Stoneware arrived in several pieces. I suggest to use a smaller box and ensure that the stoneware is packed with more material to prevent breaking. Thank you.
I order a fuel line bushing for a gas tank and receive a 3/8 hex head nut. The package was label correct by manufactor, but a add on label was wrong.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
