I would have given 4-5 stars because the process and speed of delivery were good, BUT the item did not fit my coffee maker. My exact model was a question in the FAQs and the indication was that YES this will fit model *******. IT DID NOT. I ended up taking the gasket out of the replacement and using it to fix my old one. Pretty expensive gasket for $16.08. THIS WILL NOT WORK with model *******.
Found them on-line (Where else?) found the part I needed for my band saw, ordered it. Job done, sit back and wait for the part to arrive. Well their supplier was out of stock, eReplacement went out of their way to keep me informed of the status and I got the part as soon as it came in. They were very helpful throughout. Will definitely use them again.
Purchased a part for my carpet cleaner, received the wrong part. Attempted many times to contact company by phone to correct their error, even wrote a letter. Still without correct part and my money. BEWARE!
Ordered the subject part for my 25 year old compressor and received the part in 4-5 days. Was a perfect fit and replica. After replacing the compression ring, sleeve for the piston and the squirrel cage fan, I was back in business.
I have a new grass bag for my mower! The replacement bag is exactly what I needed. Clippings do not shoot out the back of my lawn mower bag anymore. Woohoo!
Called and told the girl what I needed, few days later the wrong part came in ( almost $50). I call back and talk to a different lady and told her what I needed and told her where and what the part was a few days later the wrong part comes in (another $40).
Dont believe the amount of time that they say your item will be delivered even paying for the two day shipping I waited 8 days.

Its amazing to see companies still making parts for older tools in this throwaway culture. I enherited an old 60's milwaukee sawzall that was missing a few essential parts and guess who had them. A few dollars later and a few days later they were here and my sawzall was as good as new. Couldn't recommend this site enough!
Very low quality. The gauges dont read correctly and the pressure regulator wont turn all the way up.

Good site for OME replacement parts. Prices are good but shipping is high. I'm on the East coast so it takes a while to get it. I ordered new wheels for my Honda lawn mower and one of the wheels was damaged during manufacturing process no fault of eReplacementParts since it was sealed in a factory bag. However I emailed customer service with a picture of the the wheel and asked for advice on getting it switched with a new wheel and that was a week and a half ago and haven't heard back yet. That's not good.
eReplacementparts.com is easy to navigate which says a lot because I am not very computer savvy. I had no trouble finding the part I needed and they were on top of it very rapidly to see if I need instructions on how to replace the part and instantly offered a video of how to do it. I would refer them to any and all. Thanks for your continued support through e mails.
Have an old(er) Black and Decker MM1800 Type 2 electric lawnmower that needed a new on/off switch. Black and Decker/Sears no longer carries the part; it is "no longer available from the manufacturer." Found exactly what I needed at eReplacementParts.com, which is now bookmarked should I encounter any such future needs. Turnaround time from the moment I placed the order to actual receipt of the switch was very short, as the company shipped in less than 24-hours. I recommend this company to anyone looking for parts for older lawn equipment.
After waiting two months for parts from a different vendor that kept stating "waiting on vendor to send to them" I ordered the very same parts and received them in three days! Thank you so much "eReplacementParts".
I've used eReplacementParts in the past without issue. They ordinarily have great inventory, decent prices, and ship quickly. On this last order, they shipped the wrong part. The part number on my order and on their shipping bill was correct, but they still sent the wrong part. And I had to pay $6 to return it. Doesn't seem fair that I have to pay for their mistake.
I ordered a replacement part for my electric percolator and unfortunately it was too small so I called the company about returning it. Their customer service representative was fantastic. She not only explained how to send the return back, but, also took the time to help me figure out the correct size. The new one came in the mail and fits perfectly. I would highly recommend this company and am giving it a 5star rating. You won't be sorry.
Have loved my dust buster for years but a couple of removable parts I really hoped existed. Looked for about 3 yrs. No luck. Still using it, I just happened upon eReplacementparts.com, And they had the items I'd been looking for. This place is awful. Not only did I wait almost a month for my order but when it got here it was the wrong part and now I can't figure out how to return it. I'll never use them again
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
