Head Gasket Job

Overall this is a good company to order parts from. My only complaint would be if your going to ship a gasket it needs to be properly packaged to prevent damage. My head gasket came in bent which made it unusable due to being packaged in a polymailer... aka bubble wrap envelope. Should have at least placed it between two pieces of cardboard or even a box would have been great! This is my only complaint.

Easy and timely

I had somehow burned par of black bottom ring to blender jar, causing it to leak. I sm so happy this place exists too get new gaskets and parts, so I don't have the dxpense of a new blender!

Bandsaw tire

They are great. Plain and simple. My 40 volt Dewalt string trimmer died. They quit making them some time ago. I bought a 60 volt to replace it. 60 never performed nearly as well as the 40 volt. 60 volt soon burned up. After looking and cross referencing part numbers I was easily able to get a replacement motor for the 60 volt. Through a little part number cross refferance I was also able to bring my 40 volt back to life. I now have both operating thanks to ereplacement parts.

The process was easy. I found my parts, placed the order, and they arrived on time. The issue I have is that I applied the free shipping offer code I had, but the shipping amount was not removed from my order. I have sent 2 separate emails, neither of which has been responded to, other than to acknowledge them receiving my emails. So I know they have received them but they have not responded, nor credited me the $5.95 in shipping fees. If they had done that, I would have given them 5 stars. Thanks.

Wrong size sent

The replacement stoneware for my 8quart oval crockpot brand slow cooker cracked and I came to this website to order a replacement. Those cost of freight made it only a $5 savings over buying a whole new unit, but I'm frugal and decided to order a replacement to save money. When it arrived, there was a Fed Ex label stuck to the stoneware. It took me over an hour of scrubbing to get it removed. Then, I discovered that even after plugging in my model number, I received the wrong size. I do not recommend ordering a replacement liner. I ended up having to buy a whole new slow cooker after all and I am now out $45.

BTW, The mailing envelope contained two small bags, one of which contained the screw I ordered for an exercise machine and and the second small bag appeared to contain a chair leg glide that could be used on a hollow metal leg, but no screw although it was labeled part t326 312like the screw.To their credit, the Company promptly issued an RMAand the parts were returned.

The blades originally indicated as "in stock" took over a month to arrive... but they did keep me informed on the delays and final shipment information. The blades pictured on the web site shows the blade as originally packaged by Sears, which included a spring steel slip ring that needed to be changed with each blade. The ring allows the blade to slip if you strike an immovable object. The 4 blades I ordered were shipped loose, in an envelop, without the slip rings... That was disappointing!

I have used this site on multiple occasions for small engine, appliance, and tool replacement parts. They have a vast inventory, many parts are shown in photos which helps to assure getting the correct part, have exploded views to show where the part is used, and also have an online repair library. With one exception, the parts have been shipped out as soon as I ordered them, and that one instance was they had issues getting the parts into their warehouse from the manufacturer.
I'll definitely be back...

There is always a risk when buying parts from online companies. The diagrams they provided, with photos and locations of the parts helps ensure you are getting the right thing. Even when you think you are getting the right thing, chances are you might not. This is where excellent customer service comes into play and a potential negative experience can show you a company that cares.
In my initial order, the part came in but did not seem to fit. I double checked it against the photo and it was not the correct one, though the packaging had the correct part number. I contacted customer support and they helped me through the RMA process, providing shipping and issuing a full refund.
They are very responsive, with quick shipping. Despite the small issue, I am happy to look to them for future purchases and do so with confidence.
