So I ordered a striker plate lid slot for my dryer. Anyhow company was fast to ship... very smooth transaction. However upon receiving the part, I surprised that it had a different shape. I wish they had better pictures instead of just saying that it's the replacement part for my dryer. Obviously there are 4 posts on it that isn't supposed to be there. Luckily I had a dremel. I like this company's service but the items that they say are replacement parts is very suspect! In the pix, u can see my old part at the bottom and the new part on the top. The new one looks close but no cigar.

I waited months for heater grills and then I finally received them broken and bent. I had to reorder new ones only to be told I would be waiting another few months since they are on back order. Also I was told the other parts I ordered came in a pair, but they shipped them single. Now I have to reorder 3 more to complete my pairs and wait 3 months. Customer service was not helpful at all. She even told me they come in pairs, but then charged me for the additional ones. I had to call three times and speak to four different people before we reached a resolution. With all the other online options, I wouldn't buy from them.

Secondly. Sadly most of other companies I have been TRYING to get parts for other things I need, their Customer Service is NON-Responsive at all. I'm not talking failure to ship the proper part or failure to notify about back orders. I'm talking about NO REPLY to any types of contact I have tried with them. Too many companies are so hung up on electronic communication that they forget that "Word of Mouth" still exists and I make sure every person I know finds out how bad a company is.

Finding the radiator wheels to be replaced was easy: just entered the model number and "wheels" in the search, and it came right up. Ordering was quick and easy, too. There was a small shipping charge, but still made this purchase very reasonable. Package was delivered within a few days (2-3 days), and I replaced the broken wheels on my radiator the same day. I have bought replacement parts from this company in the past, which is why I will continue to do it again.
