Ordered carburetor and gaskets for Cub Cadet mower. Received order, carb missing choke pin. Called, spoke with a very nice lady. Emailed a picture of the 2 carbs showing the missing pin (pic added). She arranged a return of the new part and ordered a replacement. Replacement showed up, same issue. Sent email describing problem, 5 days, still no answer! The pin is in the picture of the carb on their website!
