My Bosch sawzall kept spitting out blades so I figured I needed a new one. After checking the prices of new ones I decided to try to fix it myself. Youtube videos showed it was probably just a worn out blade holder. I went online and ordered one for less than $30.00. It came within a few days and was a breeze to install. I'm back in business!

This company has everything you can imagine to repair things. A very small part in one of my string trimmers was letting the line proceed out uncontrollably because it had broken. It was so small I didn't even know it was broken! Thanks to my son's online research and eReplacementParts.com, it's like new! Fast service, too!

Needed to replace the mow ball on my wheeled Craftsman trimmer (Over 10 years old) and decided to refit all the working components underneath. Spindle assembly, V belt, springs and Throttle and Drive controls.
The schematics provided when ordering were excellent, with the exception of the drive and throttle control part numbers being reversed. (I needed both, so not an issue).

Parts arrived quickly and order was complete. I've used them previously and find the company to be very reliable and cost effective.

Glass was broke ok gauges do to how it was packaged (in a plastic bag with nothing to protect it) but it did arrive fast and on time. I love exactly what I ordered though. I did need the actual gauges just the control valve that connected the two so I just used my old gauges.

I will NEVER order from your company again!

I ordered the overpriced part and you quickly took my money and told me the delivery was 4-9 business days. I should have known better. You people knew then that the part was on backorder but lied to me about the availability. For ten LONG days I waited for that part when I should have just ordered a new lawn mower.

Now my yard is a damn mess because I have received about 8 inches of rain in the past three weeks and it is going to be a damn nightmare to mow. If you had told me in the beginning, instead of lying to me, that the part was on backorder I would have then bought a new mower and I wouldn't be as damn angry as I am right now. YOU KNOWINGLY LIED TO ME! How damn convenient, you send a damn prepackaged, insignificant, meaningless canned reply stating some lame excuse, well that isn't going to cut it, you knowingly lied to me!

Right now I am deciding if I want to cancel the order or not. I should have ordered it from someone else, because it was much cheaper and they told me "up front" it would be a minimum of two weeks, they didn't lie to me or try to trick me into buying a backordered part so they could take my money.

I going to save this response and post it in a couple more reviews and then contact the BBB in your area! You people are pathetic! I would rate you lower than one star if I could.

PEOPLE THINKING ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DON'T DO IT, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Had called the manufacturer of my pressure washer many times to no avail to get parts. Upon searching the internet found a diagram of said pressure washer with a link to EREPLACEMENT PARTS. One phone call and several diagrams the operator suggested I found parts I needed. Wonderful customer service and fair prices for what seemed to be non existent parts!

Received part as advertised. Parts are inexpensive and easy to install. The site is easy to access and find the part you are looking for.

I ordered burners for our Coleman gas grill. Price was good and delivery was in less than a week. The diagrams are very helpful in finding the correct parts.

I ordered a part for my Cub Cadet 50 inch lawnmower. Their delivery was amazing. It was in my mailbox in two days. The part was exactly as they described and fit perfectly. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a handle clip to repair my lawn mower and when received the pin needed to assemble to the mower was not included. I emailed eReplacementParts.com for an explanation over two weeks ago and they have not seen fit to reply to my email. Phil

Did the trick... my mower is back up and running. Will be back when I need something else. I was really relieved to find this part.

I was leary as another site had made me wait for nine months to tell me the part I was buying was obsolete. I decided to order from E replacement parts and the wait time was about a week, The part was correct as I ordered, was timely and price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company
