When my equipment breaks down I know I can fix it, if I can only find the parts I need without wasting time looking all over the place. Every time this happens to me I use EReplacementParts.com and every time they always have what I need. Their illustrations are great and help me when repairing what needs to be fixed. Sometimes you can get what you need right down the street but not that often, especially when you need those small parts to a piece of equipment. Everyone else wants to sell you more than what you really need. This is where this company saves me the most money.

I was disappointed when eReplacement billed my credit card, but did not ship the part. Customer Service said they were out of stock, but they'd ship when they got the part in. I received the credit card bill and paid for it, but the part was still not shipped. A couple months later I got notice they'd received the part. It still took a week to fill the order; and ship it FedEx. It took FedEx (their carrier of choice) 10 days+ to get it from Salt Lake City to Wisconsin. Would I use eReplacement Parts again? Yes. IF I HAD TOO.

Shipping charges are ridiculous.

Price of a bolt was 7.64. Economy shipping was 6.95. About 7 times USP rate. That's just bad customer service.

Wrong part
