Grill like new

I have a CharBroil grill bought in 2012, and this is the second time I have had to replace the pan under the grill plates. This replacement part makes my grill work like new again! It was easy to order and shipped quickly. I am one happy customer!

Paid for priority shipping and 5 days later not even picked up by USPS. Called and got no satisfaction. They blamed USPS. The they should only shop UPS or FEDEX. POOR customer service.

With thousands of exploded view diagrams it was easy to find my parts using the model number of my nailer. Ordering was fast and secure and my parts arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend.

Easy to find parts

I was looking for the glass for a Hamilton Beach blender-we dropped it in the kitchen, smashing it-and searched for the part. EReplacementparts had it right away, and it was easy to get the part ordered and shipped. The part works as intended, and we once again can make those tasty(?) blueberry, spinach and yogurt smoothies.

My exact model number was not listed so I went with the closest model I could find. It was up to me to do my homework and take a chance. The part I ordered fit perfectly. Shipping speed and communication was excellent. Shipping costs as much as the part but I guess with rising prices, that can't be helped. I would give 4.5 stars but there are no 1/2 stars.

After many years of excellent service I broke an importat safty part of my unit.
I went on line to find out where I could get a replacement and was directed to REPLACEMENT PARTS dot COM.
The pages there were very clear and very easy to navigate and I wuickly found what I was looking for at less than I had anticipated.
I ordered the part and it arrived two days later in a very safe and well packed box.
My unit is now working as designed and with the safty included.
I am very happy with the company and their personell.

Getting the part is a nice nightmare!

Should have waited till I got the part! Ordered the on 16 June 2022/ shipped 17 June 2022 as of 2 July 2022 still have not received part. FedEx had it to within one hour for my house on 27 June then proceeded to ship it out 2 states away. On the 29th it departed Mississippi and no tracking since. I get the feeling it is headed back to the shipper. As long as you continue to use FedEx I will no longer order from ereplacement parts.

Never received

Called customer service twice to get help locating my order. They were of no help. Did not offer to assist me in locating the package. Only looked up the tracking which is what I had already done. Just suggested that I call usps which I did. But I feel that cs should have been responsible for taking that step for me. Both told me something different but basically said to wait.
