Ordered by phone a replacement Proctor-Silex crock pot insert. Arrived timely, no damage and packaged very securely. Fit the original product warmer and is being used with no problem as a result. Would order from them again.

Parts arrived in a timely manner. Easy to deal with. Parts were what I needed to get my weedeater back going.

Part was not correct, although the interactive parts map seemed helpful. It was also extremely expensive including charging nearly 7 dollars to ship 4 tiny screws first class mail which is just regular mail. Would not recommend.

Bought rear trailing sheild for a push and clips to install it. Lift up the back of the mower and push the clips through from the back then slip one end of the rear sheild into one clip bend slightly then slip it into the other very easy! Time taken on install was probably less than 4 mins

I am very impressed with this site. It was easy to use. Everything went extremely well. I got confirmation, and the package in a timely and fast manner. The package was very banged up and "bent" and one side of the tape was torn. But I Can Not fault them, but the mail service. The lid came through intact. It seems to be a bit off in size and the way the latch down hooks. But its probably just me, I'm grateful for their site and their replacement parts. It helps ease my anger, of breaking my lid when I went to put away. I would recommend them again in the future and they are Very fair on their prices. I thank them for this great service

The delivery was fast the only issue I had was with the part being the wrong size. Please add better descriptions or pics of the actual part so we may see it correctly. It was really cheap so returning it would be a waste.

Used proper s/n, model number and part number for replacement part, the part popped up picture was accurate and then they sent a totally different part.

Found your website and coupler was what I needed. Easy order, purchased two. Installed on power sprayer and hooked up garden hose. It broken 10 min. Into the job…my option is the flanges that holds two halves together with pressure washer is too small allowing it to pop off…haven't tried the other yet as I left it at cabin. Bought another similar at Menards…theirs works but leaks water :(

I bought a used IR 3/8" impact 4 years ago, and I figured it would last a couple months to a year. Being able to find the replacement parts without having to pay someone to do the work, and not knowing when I'll get it back is amazing. They have overnight shipping for less than what a service call is and it's relatively quick to repair. I use my 3/8 daily for work and can't afford to replace it every 12 months so these guys are a life saver
