It was great to be able to find a part that I didn't think I would be able to locate. Instead of having to rig something, I was able to get the right part for a good price with equally good service.
I just followed the step by step instructions and everything worked as advertised replacing my shower drain with the WingTite above drain shower kit for fibreglass shower enclosures.
The secret is make sure that you have enough clear space around the drain so the new drain just slips over the drain pipe.

The part was exact. The shipping was 4 times the part cost. That's a rip. There's no way it cost that much in shipping.

I had to order by phone a replacement part (motor) for an exhaust fan. The part to be replaced had numbers on it which were difficult to read. The eReplacementParts representative was most patient in dealing with me and the item she selected and forwarded was "right on." She was polite, helpful and professional during our conversation. These guys and gals seem to have rverything. I needed lots of stuff for my Crapsman rider. Also for a neighbors rider that need two obscure bolts that controls deck height. I needed a pressure regulator for my Homedepot air compressure-got it in three days from Parts.

I did receive the part I ordered. My concern is that it took almost a month to get it shipped and received. Other than that i did get what I ordered.

I was very surprised but found the filter basket for my dad's Hamilton Beach percolator. Somehow the basket got lost but I was able to find one from eReplacementParts. Perfect fit.

Shipping should have been 50 cents. Ordered a washer the size of a quarter and shipping was like 7-10 dollars.

I order a charger cord for a driver. It did not arrive and the post office didn't have it either. I really don't like having to call companys. But I went home and looked up the tracking number, eReplacementParts phone number and mentally prepared to spend time on hold. Had a nice surprise. Within 2 minutes of dialing it was a good working number and I was speaking to a real person! For whatever reason my order was returned back to eReplacementParts. So the same lady was able to work up my refund and reorder the part for me and I did get it. One person took care of the whole mess. Nice not having to talk to 3 different people in 3 different departments!

I placed my order for 2 retaining clips. Confirmation showed I ordered 1. I canceled that order and ordered again. Same conformation showed up. I called and was told my order was split and person I talked to said I would receive 2 clips. He also agreed I should have received an email from the company telling me the order was split and would be sent without additional shipping. Order arrived the next day but I was billed for both orders! When I called again I was told billing would be corrected. Finally, over 2 weeks later billing was corrected but I have emails from the company stating this would take 2-3 days. I was also told I did not have to return the 2nd. Shipment but moments later an email was sent telling me to return the shipment in order to receive a refund!
This has been a ridiculous process and I will be looking for another vendor if I need replacement parts.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
Answer: Jacks Small Engine is a good source for small engine parts. Baileys Outdoor Power Equipment is where I get my chain saw parts.
Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
