The parts that I was told was in the package were not there. No I have to reorder and wait another week for them to arrive.

Took two tries to get the part unbroken. Both times the part came with no packing material. Hence it was broken in shipping twice. The second time the break was minimal so I made due.

The website has a lot of parts on it, but not good search capabilities. I would expect to type in the make and model of my snowblower and specific part I'm searching for and have a result pop up. Instead, I still had to scroll through all parts and guess which one was the right one. I didn't need 59-75 results. I want one to two results.

Took a few days to get part. Did not realize your warehouse was in Idaho or Utah. I live in WV so it took a couple of extra days to get here. Parts fit exactly. Took me twenty minutes to replace unloader valve and both drain plugs. Had to drill one out and remove with an easy-out. No problems.
