Do NOT rely on the diagrams and the picture to be what you actually receive. I ordered from here many times, it is an amazing site to use. Unfortunately I did not receive all the parts included in an assembly. I called (and emailed) about the issue, they told me that the diagram did not matter, the picture that included the parts did not matter, the description (which said ENTIRE ASSEMBLY) did not specifically say that part was to be included and had to be bought separately. Which of course, is only included as an assembly and can not be bought separately. Off to another website for this company, I can not continue to support a company that cannot admit their mistakes.
Received part quickly. Just put in model number and found right parts. Installed and it works perfectly.
I've used this supplier on multiple occasions and they have always provided excellent customer service. Most times, the actual delivery date is sooner than the expected delivery date. They provide lots of "How-To" videos on replacing the part you ordered. Very easy and hassle-free returns policy
Was looking for a replacement Console Shift Stit for my Craftsman Riding Mower I was rebuilding.
The item was a discontinued item for that mower but ReplacementParts had one in stock. Thanks to them I was able to replace the missing item. They did fast and reliable service.
I ordered a part for my refrigerator and was told I need to buy both evaporators as well, and at that point buying a new refrigerator was cheaper. Purchased two gears straight from the website off the exploded view of parts and part numbers. One part was correct and the other one was wrong and would not fit. Being an engineer, I figured out what the correct part was but it costed me an extra $5 for shipping the $6 gear. They never offered to waive the shipping cost for the correct gear.

I ordered a lid for a cuisinart bowl. I waited on hold on the phone for more than a half hour to talk with someone to see if it would fit, could not reach any one. So I took a risk and ordered the part. It doesn't work. I wish someone would answer the phone so perhaps I could order a bowl that would fit or return this?

I have dealt with e replacement parts for many years though where I worked as a HD tool tech. I usually got the right part. This time I ordered for myself. The part was wrong 3 different times even after talking to a person on phone and explaining the problem. She said she now had the right part a square brush. Mine needed to be square. The new part sent was still rectangle shaped brush the same as before. No return paper work was ever sent as requested. It would have cost more to return parts any way. Out about 50 dollars.
I was able to turn a rectangle into a square and make one set of brushes work. I rated it good because I usually get the right part even when ordering for my self.

Unfortunate for me, my battery drill fell from the top of an 10' ladder. Broke the Clamshell, beyond quick repair. Checked on line auction sites for a replacement. I then discovered eReplacementParts. Found the correct clamshell, Price was very reasonable, Fast Shipping. I watched a video, on eReplacement Parts, showing the correct method for disassembly, and installing the replacement parts. Very easy repair. Thanks, I will visit this site again!

I put in the correct model number for my saw, it was the only part available like it that came up for my saw, it looked just like it in the online photo. When I got it, it was no where near the right part, way too big. Also i ordered two and only got one, so I got double shafted.

This was a copy of the original diffuser that was broken. I thought that I would have trouble replacing it, but found an exact replica on your sight. My fan was over 15 years old; a great surprise.
