When I needed a chuck key and a table lift crank handle for a ten-year-old Delta 14-070 drill press that the previous owner had never used, eReplacementParts had them both in stock (even though I did have to order them on two different sites that are both eReplacementParts under the hood). The air filter for my chain saw was not available locally and after doing a search on the web, I found this vendor. I received parts that did not fit my machine, called customer service we confirmed that everything matched up but parts just didn't fit. They were able to refund me and all is as it was I guess.

Title says it all. I ordered a friction ring for my impact wrench, it shipped from 1 state away and took 7 days, was delayed 3 times. After the 2nd delay I ordered a 3 pack from Amazon and got it in two days delivered on a Sunday. It only cost me $2 more plus I got an install tool and three orings.

Found the parts I needed with ereplacement parts parts diagrahm, price was right, ordered, recieved quickly and in a few minutes I'm sawing thru some 3/8 scrap try pieces. Works as expected. What's not to like?!
