My part never arrived (order *******). I tried to call to see what they could do, but their recording says that they aren't taking calls like this due to coronavirus. I don't usually post a bad review w/o giving the vendor a chance to make it right, but I don't know what else to do here.

I spoke with a caring, concerned customer service associate, who was able to assure the replacement part I was ordering would work in my fan, even though the Hunter Fan Corp could not provide me with a compatible part (it sent the wrong part, then told me the part no longer was available). I will be contracting eReplacementParts first the next time I need an appliance replacement part.

All of the needed breakdowns of the products are there with very easy ordering processes. In addition to great and fast service!

EReplacementParts had all the parts I needed at fair prices provided fast delivery. There is no good local supply of these parts so it's great to have found this online source.

Received my Penn SS 4400, 4500, and 5500, handles very quickly. The original handles do not bend like the replacements that never need anything but cleaning - no paint. I also upgraded my handle knobs to the ergonomic ball type with double bearings.

Make sure your part is right they looked it up and it is wrong now I have to send it back and wait

I needed a new lawn mower blade and the site was easy to navigate to find what I needed. The blade came very quickly. I was very happy with the whole process.

Ordered 2 spark plugs for my sons husqvarna chain saw on 3/10/20, on 4/13/20, I received a package with 2 emty contaiers that said plug made in china and some numbers problem is there was nothing inside. If this is somebodies idea of a joke, I'm not laughing. Jared stanfield homer, il.

This is an awesome site that I use when I need a part for my outdated, elderly riding mower. The only thing I find wrong with it is... not enough parts pictures. I still managed to get the right parts. Thank you

I bought spark plugs for two different pieces of lawn equipment and a carburator for a Bronco Rear Tine Tiller. All work great and the Tiller runs better than it ever did before.

Easy to read diagrams, straight forward ordering process, quick delivery, and quality parts for a 1/2 to 2/3 the price of the local retailer who also would have had to order the parts in. The local retailer told me 1-2wks. The parts were ordered and at my doorstep in 4-5days.
