I recently ordered a new carburetor for my Briggs and Stratton lawnmower motor. It only took a few minutes to take the old one off and put the new one on. I am glad I made the purchase now my mower is back to running like new. Your website made it very easy to find the right parts once I put the model number in.

I purchased a Wagner paint mate stick years ago. I love the tool. It makes such short work of any room painting / ceiling painting project. It has but one design flaw. The roller core assembly is reeeeeeally easy to throw away during the paint clean up process if you're not careful. Long story short, I did. Very glad ereplacementparts had the part I needed, as no one sells this tool around here anymore. I have two Wagner Paintmate sticks, so I bought THREE roller cores! Thank you ereplacementparts!

I never received my product, tracking states something to do with the address. Its a worldwide crisis, I don't choose to just throw money away. But I just chalked this up as a loss. I've ordered parts for a washer and dryer. It's great to find all the parts needed at one location. Was surprised that they were all OEM. I thought the Bellow for the washer would be the most troubling until I remembered something my Dad taught me years ago. This is a helpful tips for anyone attempting this. Soak the Bellow in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes it will slide right on to the drum easily. "replacement should put this on their web page where the Bellow is sold.

I received the correct parts that I ordered in a very short amount of time, but I had ordered 6 and only 4 were received, After contacting the company via e-mail, after 3-5 business days, when I received credit for the unshipped parts, I will reorder the rother two parts. This is the second time I have dealt with this company and they have been responsive and quick to handle my business.

Ordered two identical wheels for my lawn mower. Company sent two different wheels. When I called 10-12 times I got a recording stating they could not take my call. Could not arrange a return through the web site. Sent two emails, no response to either. Been two weeks since I received the delivery.
Items never arried - takes MORE weeks only tp pack and send. Unbeliefable high shipment and so nothing arrived. Mails never be replayed too - once and never again! Better to buy a new then order something there
I needed to replace the deteriorated line on my 20 year old Ryobi lawn trimmer. EReplacementParts had the correct diameter lines to fit the trimmer perfectly. I had previously purchase a lower priced fuel line from a different supplier that was an incorrect diameter though it match my Ryobi model number in the description. Fuel leaked and I could not use the trimmer. EReplacementParts however had the exact match for my trimmer. I'd recommend them and will use them again myself for my other small engine parts.
I used the "Find Parts Fast" feature, entered the model number of my saw, and selected the part is said would fit. Turned out that it actually doesn't fit my saw. I inquired about returning the part and was told that I was responsible for the return shipping cost EVEN THO THEIR SYSTEM TOLD ME THE PART WOULD FIT! They told me the return shipping cost was $5.95 that would be deducted from my refund and sent a return label. I returned the part and just received confirmation of my refund and noticed that they deducted an additional $9.18 "EXPEDITED" rate that I was NEVER told about. This whole thing wreaks of a SCAM and I am BEYOND frustrated!
