They had many of the parts I required, but not all. However, the parts I did order arrived when they said they would and the part they didn't have, I was given a helpful link to get it. I will use their service again.
Ordered on a Sunday afternoon, Checked my email, and it actually shipped that same night.
Arrived in 2 days, and I didn't pay extra for faster shipping.
When the product arrived, it was exactly what I needed, and fit perfectly.

Ordered two lawn mower blades and an air cleaner. Received the air cleaner and no blades. Box was partially opened Lousy packing job. Called and spoke to a very nice lady named Janet. Said she'd send out the new blades right away. Got the second box. Picked it up off the porch and one blade fell out on the porch. Other was inside. Point being the person who does your packing should look for another job. My 7 year old granddaughter could do a better job. No inside packing at all. Contents just rolling around inside. Why bother with a company that has no clue how to pack items to send across the country with a good chance of never reaching their destination? Is this any way to run a business?
Happy with every aspect of service. Website easy to navigate. Great price. Quick delivery. Great instructions to replace part. Everything went easily and smoothly. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely use again. Big thumbs up.

Order was missing a part. The little bad that the part was supposed to be in was in the package but no part in it. Plastic completely sealed. No idea, but customer service was closed due to COVID19 so couldn't get or process a refund. Air compressor is still jacked up. This was my last attempt to fix it and this happened. I'm just going to throw it away. Waste of money

It's been a week since I ordered a part for my lawn mower and it hasn't shipped yet even thou the website said it would ship in 1 day. The order status still shows ' PENDING'
The lady (I did not get her name, my fault and I am sorry) was very helpful and professional. She was top notch! I cannot say enough goo about this co. I would recommend this co. To anyone and I definitely will use their service again. My only negative comment is I am sorry I did not get this lady's name so I could ask for her again.
Can't go to the store, after all, so I searched for a place to buy a B&D string trimmer battery and lo- I found one that was not only quick but also cheaper! Now I just hope this battery doesn't live up to the poor reviews of it online.

Craftsman LT1000 mandrel housing, mandrel shaft & pulley, have replaced multiple times from Ebay inferior replacements. Sick & tired of wasting my money & my time, so far this OEM replacement has performed as I hoped & expected the rest to do,. Please know that the mandrel mounting IS NOT pre-threaded. It is "MAYBE" possible to cut by using the mtg. Screw but more likely to break or bend(my case), but is way, WAY much easier with a 5/16 die.
I am so happy to have found this company! I accidentally lost a small piece from part of my citrus juicer while cleaning it and I was afraid I would have to buy a new juicer. My juicer is no longer made and so I went looking for a replacement part and this company had it for a reasonable price! Shipping was quick and I had it in 3 days from placing the order! Wonderful!'
