Very unhappy that it took 15 days to get a simple part that was supposed to take from 3-5 days to get.
Once I finally got the part it took me 10-15 minutes to put it on my trimmer. No explanation for the delay or offer of some form of compensation for the inconvenience. I guess I expected more from this company representing so many other companies
Full listing of parts for my craftsman tractor model. Easy find, order and confirmation. Shipment arrived/delivered as advertised. Order perfectly correct for immediate use.
I ordered a control modual with cable a couple weeks back. The pictures for the part were not detailed to give critical regarding the part, especially the control cable. I was specific that the cable had to be more than 2 ft in length (from old cable). The picture was not of any use. Thinking the cable would be correct I ordered it anyway. Turns out the cable was to short and the unit would only ope to about 75%. The measured gauge on the unit was also out of wack. Having installed it I just figured I would live with it but the unit does not correctly fit the spreader.
I needed a head gasket, valve cover gasket, intake o-ring and a valve cap. Engine is a 17.5Hp.
Navigating the parts diagrams was great, easy to use. Found what was needed and checked out. I was done in just a few minutes. I will be back for sure!
Their site is very helpful. I love that they have a break down of schematics for each tool. It's helpful when you know the parts you need but not the specific name of the parts. I'll definitely use them again if something else breaks.
Website was informative and easy to use. Although the problem with my nail gun was obvious (the nylon seal came out in pieces) appreciated the exploded parts illustration and troubleshooting hints (the seal was #1 in possible causes). Shipping was super fast. Very pleased with service. Highly recommended!

The rip fence was great and way cheaper than Amazon. It fit my corded and cordless Ryobi circular saw perfectly.
The tank was a perfect fit. However it did not have the integrated shut-off valve. The pictures of the tank, especially the shut-off valve area, were incomplete. I had to purchase a valve (Lowes) to complete the fuel circuit from the tank to the carburetor. Otherwise a good repair was made in time for grass cutting season.
I lost a charger for a Black & Decker drill. I did not know where to begin to get a new one. I then came across your site. First you had the part and second you sent it to me quickly. Then, my wife was doing some cleaning in our bedroom and she found the charger. I then decided to return the one you sent me. The process went very smoothly and I appreciate all your help. Next time I need parts you know where I will go for them. Thanks.

Great place to order parts as it appears they have almost anything a person could possibly need however the shipping cost more than the part I ordered but still reasonable and would have no issues ordering all of my parts from them other than the fact that it did take five days to get the part to me here in Texas so if your needing something quick you might think about paying for expedited delivery. But then again this pandemic might have delayed my delivery by a day or two. Other than that small inconvenience everything was great, from being able to locate the exact part needed to paying for the part online was super easy and they seem to truly appreciate your business.
