It was really easy not complicated to order from. Usually I deal with customer service but this time i figured it out trying to fix my dad's older echo pole saw.

Right part, right price and how to instructions. Good Job. Received in a few days after ordering - quicker then I thought. Saved a large amount rather then ordering from a parts store.

Parts are easy to find and order, shipments have been quick and parts are as advertised. Will recommend the service to everyone.

The pressure sensor seemed to work fine, but the compressor only pressured up to 60 lbs. Should have been 150 lbs. Paperwork did not indicate pressure levels, so I had to assume the part was correct. Bought a new compressor and sold the other one.

I did not realize I could buy very specific, seemingly insignificant parts for my edger. I replaced the blade, which I'm sure I could have done anywhere. But I also replaced a knob that was missing - I had concocted a workaround that wasn't nearly as good as the real thing. Price point provided great value too. Will definitely use this service again.

My Troy-Bilt trimmer would idle but stall when given gas. Almost got rid of the trimmer but found YouTube videos suggesting I replace the carburetor. Ordered the part and it was shipped quickly. Followed YouTube instructions for similar carburetor and switched it out fairly easily. The trimmer is running smoothly now.

Not the actual shipping time (item shipped- delivered) but the time you took you to process and send out the item was longer than it should have been. You sell parts people need to fix things that keep them from completing work.
