Ordered just before shut down, received confirmation ordered was received and in process almost immediately. Then BIG DELAY because of Covid. Received another email about delay. Although I had a long wait for my order, it was due to unusual circumstances and your Customer Service was very good

With vivid-19 keeping many people at home, yardwork is a top priority right now... so when a piece broke off of my tiller, I was sure I'd wait for sone time to get the part. Ordered replacement cord on April 25th, it's now May 13th. Still no cord. Apparently it has stalled in route.

I ordered the correct part based on your information provided. I received it within two days! Sooner than I expected.

Honestly your shipping in this pandemic might be justified on your end until your competitors were able to deliver them in half the time. You should hold on to the items you have and wait for the things you don't have. We should have the choice to get ( separate shipping even) not knowing the results or what's going on till after things are ordered. Very disappointed! I now found a new supplier
