Web site is down and did not ship the part I ordered and paid for. What can I do except deny the credit card charge. Supposed to ship May 5th it is now May 22. WTH I need that part.

I have done a number of orders with eReplacementParts over the years, they have gotten them all correct! They get the part numbers right, they get the number of parts right, they get the quantity of each part right, they get my shipping address right - and they do it all very quickly! And, they still are not satisfied, they are sincerely, legitimately trying to do better. When they ask for your comments on how they did, they mean it. They want to improve, they want to know where they can do better; and, that's not just for appearances. They really want to be the best, or more accurately, they want to stay the best! Some day they might give me a reason to complain, and I will forcefully but they have been perfect thus far!

Did finally get the wheels and they fit my mower. Thankfully I could still use my mower since it took over 3 weeks to the new wheels to arrive.

The company was great to deal with. Fast shipping, and easy ordering. The part was the same as the original. Unfortunately it is still plastic junk. This is not the fault of eReplacementParts, this is the way it is made by the manufacture. The entire steering wheel, including the hub is made of plastic. The steering wheel fit right on the adaptor {also plastic} which was on the steel shaft.
