Part broke

The bracket for the axel is plastic. It cost over $20. It broke when I tried to put it on. The price was extremely high for this part. I will not order a replacement.

They had the oil plug my air compressor needed. They let me know it might take a while to get receive the part but I got here pretty quick I will definitely look for more parts here when I need them very great company and service

Worst service ever

This site have the worst service that I have ever experience. We purchased a part and it took 3 weeks to arrived. When the part arrive it was the wrong part. When we try to return it so they can send the correct one they pretend is to pay for the return. We have been trying to call and email the customer service on multiple occasions and the don't answer. Evenmore they dosen't provide any option or way of comunication to resolve the problem. This is the worst service ever.

First of all, it's wonderful that there is a company that has spare parts for a Presto pressure cooker received as a wedding gift 51 years ago! And then they were able to get them to me in a reasonable time considering the pandemic situation. And the price was also very reasonable. It makes it possible for me to continue to use a pot I've never stopped using (until the gasket got so stiff and shrunken that the seal was not tight any more).

The part I received was the correct part. It worked fine. The main problem and the reason for the low rating they listed to many parts as unavailable. That ment that I. Had to go to other repair parts places to find what I needed. I think that blades for this machine would still be made as that is definetly a comsumable and they were listed as not avialable. I also found shipping to be slow. It took over a week to receive the part. I have used this busness before and will again as they do have correct parts they are just not the fastest with deliveries.

Terrible company to deal with once you have a problem. I ordered on line, received a confirmation that the order was placed and my checking account was charged for the parts ordered but can't get a hold of anyone at this business. They told me to go on-line to see where my order is and there is no order that they show. The problem is there is no solution to contact someone.
