Ordered two flame tubes for a Char-Broil Grill. Had the original part numbers. Their replacements were not the correct length. Not worth the hassle of returning. Will not be using this site again.

After almost thirty years, my lawn tractor decided not to start. It was an electrical issue, so I studied the owner manual and decided it was one of three parts that were bad. I ordered all three parts from eReplacementParts. It took several weeks to receive the parts, partially due to the pandemic. After replacing the parts, the mower started right up. I am pleased that I was still able to get parts for a machine this old.
Prices were good. I received the correct part and their email communication was good. It took quite a while for the part to arrive. I think it was partly because they had to order from the manufacturer, and partly because of the co-vid thing. Packaging and shipping were good as well. I would order from them again.
We ordered 3 grill burners & only received 2. I had to try to get ahold of you to let you know we only got 2. Took another week to get 3rd burner. We missed Memorial Day cook out.
All the parts I ordered where exactly what I needed. It just tool a very long time to receive them. I used this place because they were the only ones that had my parts.
I've dealt with these guys a few times and have always had a great experience. My part took a little bit longer to ship this time but that was to be expected with all this virus stuff going on. I've found parts cheaper on other sites but I always order from eReplacementParts, I don't trust anyone else.
Hands down my place to go if I need a part for my Dewalt to be replace, quick and easy and fast on shipping just wish they added a sticker so when people ask they know who to go to if they need a part to be replace Always next time Mahalos and Aloha
I purchased a replacement bowl for my Weber top Performer grill. A very reasonable price and it arrived a day earlier than promised. The process was as easy as could be and the company kept me informed the entire way. The website had additional helpful information so I was confident that I could install the replacement bowl when it arrived. The installation was easy and now I am enjoying the grill. Very satisfied customer!
Ordered parts for simplicity snowblower. Service was correct, efficient and standard delivery was fast.
Part came promptly. It fit perfectly, and trimmer fired right up and ran with no leaks once it was installed.

This part, after a bit of filing on the 'ears' to fit the slot, has been installed and is functioning as designed, even though it's a JET part that's now installed in an Elephant 14" bandsaw, Model # WA-14m (Taiwan manufacturer, 25+ year old saw, no longer supported)
The failure mode of the OEM part is identical as described elsewhere (pot metal adjusting bracket crumbled) and this JET replacement bracket appears to be robust and more structurally sound.
Shipped and arrived as promised. A satisfying CPR session that revived this important tool.
HAD THE PARTS TO REBUILD THE TANK PRESSURE REGULATOR AND GET IT BACK ON LINE. IT WAS A PORTER GABLE ITEM, BUT WORKED.
Fast response on shipping very little wait before package was in my hand.

I ordered on April 27. I heard nothing from them until I called them two weeks later. There were no updates or communication with me at all. When I called they said they had all the parts in stock except one and were waiting on it to ship the whole order. I canceled the one part and still no communication. I waited another week and called again. I got told that now they were waiting because of a minor cost increase on one part. I told them it was insignificant and that I wanted to see a tracking number within 48 hours or I would cancel. I finally got the tracking number and my parts showed up almost a month after ordering. I understand delays especially in the time of the national isolation but communication with me would have probably not made me so bitter!
Ordered a blender replacement part over a month ago. Still have not received it. I would not order parts from this company again. Unacceptable!
I ordered a replacement stoneware for my Crock-pot. The shipment was delivered within two weeks however it came smashed to pieces. I wanted a complete refund of the purchase order as well as shipping (which ereplacements provided - thank you) however it cost me $5 to ship back a smashed stoneware. I reached out to customer service however due to the Covid-19 pandemic there are a series of delays. I waited a week for a response and did not hear back from the company. I bit the bullet and sent the smashed product back to ereplacements. So after 3 weeks and $5 later - I still don't have a workable product. Do yourself a favor and purchase a completely new Crock-pot instead of a replacement part - you'll be saving yourself time and a hassle.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
