Rear axle

This is the 3rd axle I've had to replace, they need to beef up the adjustment bar to heavier gage material, keeps breaking, other than that the ordering process is good, nice to have a site to order parts, shipping could of been quicker

Ordered a part for a broken Breville oven, the part was advertised as a 9 pin connector part, I received a part with a ten pin connector. Shipping was quick, but it was the wrong part. I have tried to contact customer service to get the part returned and no one has gotten back to me yet. Take your business elsewhere.

On 6/15/20 I made an order, order no. ******* for a total of $92.52. Then out of the blue on 7/22/20 I received a Refund Issued Notification for $80.42. One, I didn't request a refund and two, it wasn't for the full amount. It's not a good way to do business by charging a customer for $12.10 for nothing. I've made several attempts to try to communicate my frustration with eReplacementParts.com, but no real response.

I have a 14" Toro edger (Model No. *******A - 125-8275) and a 13" Homelite edger (Model No. UT******* - Part No. *******). I ordered two spool retainer caps for each. I received four caps -- only two fit on the Homelite edger, although labeled for the Toro. Two caps did not fit anything. At least two fit, but I will not order again.

I ordered a replacement lid for my Crockpot brand multicooker. I received a name brand Crock pot lid which is identical to the original lid. Perfect fit! It was inexpensive, but the shipping was three times the price of the lid! The box it was shipped in was soaked in grease. No damage to the lid, though.

I order some extra hot rollers in Feb 2020. I kept getting emails saying that they are "backorder part(s) have not yet become available". Didn't get them until July 2020. A full 5 months. Luckily these are non essential items.

Part came wrong but fit another of my reels. No harm, no foul, but still need the one I thought that I ordered. Seems the shaft size has changed for the model of reel and the new drag nut has a larger nut in it. Will try again later...

A customer service person sent me a label to return defective Bkack & Decker Hedge trimmer handle. But neither UPS or USPS would take it. I ended up buying 2 handles more. 3 total. You (currently?) have poor customer service on returns.

Replacement parts came very quickly. The gaskets and washers were thinner than the original parts, and did not feel as robust. They all fit properly. I was a little discouraged that the quality of replacement did not match the quality of the original.

Very Disappointed

I ordered parts from the proper EReplacemt diagram but all, I repeat ALL, parts were the wrong size. The most disappointing was that I paid for shipping to me and now I had to pay return shipping even though Ereplacemt was at fault for the improper sizing.
