Yes the web site is very helpfull, and shipping is quick. I work for a Steel Erecting company with alot of tools they are very tough on them. There is always somthing broke and not working right. The parts breakdowns are very helpfull identifying the parts.

Part easily installed, three bolts. Only problem rope is too short! Pull Rope, when attached to handlebar rail pull cord fixture, does not allow enough remaining rope length allowance for a reasonable starting pull. Now have to reach pull handle at top of engine when starting. Minor problem but not same as advertised factory replacement.

I ordered a couple of Mekita rubber replacement pads for a palm sander early in the morning and they shipped the same day! Quality parts!

Just got a used Husqvarna riding lawnmower. Needed some TLC. Was able to order all the necessary parts. Did a tune-up and replaced the blades.

Had a little trouble getting to talk to a sales rep. Because of COV-19.
Tax exempt form didn't go thru. A supervisor answered my e-mail and
Made everything right. Parts fit great. Shipping was about a week, not bad!

Have ordered replacement parts from replacements for a wide variety of very different items and repairs. Home appliances, parts for tools, etc. Very rare that thru did not have what I was looking for and with competitive prices.

Right part and right price... delivery was a little long but that can be expected with this Covid-19 stuff

Ordered mtr hsg, rcv'd handle w/ identical p/n confused, want the motor housing assy I was billed for.

The rope on my tiller would not retract... so I replaced the entire starter assembly. Took out the 3 screws, removed the old part, placed the new part on, tightened the screws, and it started on the first crank! Just what I needed... thanks!

I found & watched the eReplacementParts repair video for my Bosch 1587VS jigsaw. It was perfectly clear & concise. Although all I needed were two parts, they weren't available separately, here or at other venders, so I ordered the whole handle assembly as shown in their video. They sent it quickly, and it fit perfectly. A good, old jigsaw is back working like new again.
