Gasket not shipped despite request to change order to include gasket with carb. During order processing, I sent an email asking if the gasket was included with carb. An email was sent back to me stating that no, it was not. I sent a response asking to include the gasket and change the order amount accordingly. No response was received from eReplacementParts. The carb arrived WITHOUT the gasket. I should have been advised either way. Now I have a delay in my repair to await the gasket, AND pay for additional shipping.
Had an Echo saw chain adjuster fail- the only chain adjuster to ever fail for me. To my surprise this is actually about 7 tiny little fiddley little parts. EReplacementParts had them in stock, and delivered quickly at a reasonable price for uncommon parts. I am surprised, and well pleased with the service.
Our KitchenAid Pro6 mixer gets a lot of use. The gears wore out and your video helped us assess what needed to be repaired. I ordered the parts and they arrived quickly, even though we were warned there could be delays. I did the entire repair myself and posted photos I took along the way to help inspire other women (and men) friends to do it themselves. It was way more satisfying and time-efficient to do it myself and I was able to use the mixer again that evening. Thanks for your helpful videos and fast shipping!

I ordered replacement blades for a Dewalt Planer. Ordered what I thought was a pkg of 3 blades 13 inch. Got the pkg and there was only 1 blade and I was charged for the three blades. I cannot get any help from anyone, they blame it all on Covid 19, which is an excuse as far as I am concerned. The price quoted for 3 blades was the price they charged me for 1 blade. Never again!
PS your asking for proof of purchase (add a photo) well I can't do that, so guess you will have to look up the order if you have time!

You doubled my order. I ordered the parts I needed (once) and I got them Twice. The two orders were one digit apart. I didn't authorize two orders. I emailed them back and didn't get a response. They don't answer their phone right now. I did get an RMA number but they want me to pay a label charge.

My parts came as ordered and very quickly despite covid 19. The diagrams on the website are easy to read and insured that I chose the correct parts for my machine. I will use this company again for any of my repairs.
Ordered parts, no where through the purchase process did it say that the items I ordered could not be returned. My request for a return was denied and my follow up on why my return was denied was totally ignored. Will never order from this site again.
I tried to call to arrange for replacement parts to be sent but got a message saying due to covid no calls are being taken (poor excuse as it's several months into the pandemic and you should have sorted this out by now). The message directed me to your website which only provided the option of processing a return. I wanted to process a replacement so I emailed to ask how to facilitate this. That was a week ago and I still have not received a reply. So I sent back the damaged parts. Guess my only option is to repurchase now.
Damage was caused because the items were poorly packaged.

The pic of the replacement lid for my express pot showed a steam release knob which was all that I needed and the representative that I spoke to confirmed that it was included but when I finally received the lid it was not included so basically I just wasted my money and time using this company would not recommend
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
