Measured players based on chart for pants and most of the pants were way too big…now stuck having to get a seamstress and order more pants because they were considered custom because we added a stripe and non-refundable.
My boys love these shirts. Great to wear under baseball uniforms in cold weather.
My 10 yo son saved his money to buy himself a goalie shirt and when it came the youth size on the website for my husband. Customer service is hard to get connected to but when they finally got back to us they told us to rebuy the shirt (we got it in two sizes smaller) and they would refund the restocking fee. We still paid shipping. So we purchased another and now they won't return either and went back on their word. Great lesson to teach a 10 year old. 10 emails back and forth, I think they are rude.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
