Well it has been terrible. No customer service. None. Zero. I have called, left messages, emailed about 4 times and never received a response. Delayed orders, pants delivered with no buttons. Baseball pants with the wrong color stripe...
Need a size chart, had to Google sizes. Thought i was getting pants where the zipper went up the entire leg

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
