I contacted customer service to ask why there wasn't an economy shipping option. I had ordered 3x the product the week prior with shipping half the price but when I ordered just 4-5 arm bands I had to pay $11-12 shipping, for an envelope. Paid half that for a box to be shipped to me a week prior.
