Quick and easy to get through
I was desparate for some baseball pants for my son. I didn't realize the pants ordered with the team were sized wrong (through another company). Two days before his firs game, I order pants from Epic. I had them sent next day delivery. We recieved the on time and the fit was great. Plus, the pants were a lot cheaper than the original pants ordered.
Found what I was looking for. The only thing I didnt like was the black ball bag I ordered. To me it was to small and couldn't get but only 2 baseballs in it and couldn't get my plate brush out very easily. Other than the other products I ordered was great.
Epic has the best products at prices significantly better than anyone else and their fulfillment and shipping are very quick.
The products I ordered we're very good quality. However trying to reach the address verification department was very hard to do. It delayed the delivery of my order by 5 days.

The email they give to have you call about your order. You call and its over a 25 minute wait. Then they call you to only get a recorded voice message to call them. If you want my continued business I would find a more adequate way to contact your customers. The over all product was great and when it was shipped it was quick. Over all I would order from them again.
