I placed two orders within a weeks time. Each order had a major problem. The first order they shorted me 7 shirts and sent 7 wrong shirts so the package would ship at its proper weight. For 4 and a 1/2 weeks I reach out daily for replacements. The second order was shipped to the wrong house and I filled out numerour forms for a replacement that also took 4 weeks to send. They did not offer expedited shipping and the communication could only be done through chat on the website. The customer service reps had very little knowledge about anything, complained about being understaffed and never responded timely. DO NOT WASTE TIME TRYING TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS BECAUSE THE PRICE IS LOW, THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
Unable to speak to anyone. Will only converse on chat or email which is completely on their schedule. Lost shipment would not expedite new order, was willing to pay for extra shipping charge but did not have option and could not talk to anyone. Order will now have taken over a month to receive, season will be half over.
Placed order and received most of my order along with some random shirts. Waited for correct items only to be told items were out of stock. Can't talk to a real person, just emails.

I bought a skirt for my daughter from this site. It has measurements on their site to go off of. When I received the skirt it was way too large and unwearable to my daughter. When I reached out to customer service, they stated that I ordered an extra small and that is what I received and they would not fix the issue. After I stated that I went off of Theo measurements and it is not fitting, they asked for pictures to prove it. So I obliged and took pictures, which proved that their measurements were off. They still said they were correct and they he pictures showed the skirt was off in sizing. There is also no one to contact besides an email or bot chat. This company has horrible customer service and their sizing is off. I would not recommend using.

From the clearance I was able to get socks for my entire team. I was nervous because of the disclaimer, but they all looked good and matched. Everything also came very quickly.

Ordered Teal and received Electric Blue. Colors are not actual but just whatever thier artist pick. Dont order based on colors or pictures shown. Will never used Epic sports again

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
