The selection at Epic is vast. From very classy - somewhat expensive - to very reasonably priced, no frills items. The printing has always been done well and they arrive when they say they will.

It was very quick to find what I was looking for, and all the information I needed was their. Price is great!
So I received a size medium instead of the small that I ordered. No big deal except that I needed the correct size expedited as I was leaving for vacation. I had a little bit of trouble getting this accomplished with the customer service rep so I asked to speak to a manager, thinking this was a more direct route to getting my problem solved. Enter Kristi who claims to be the customer service manager. Half an hour later I had to just give up and order a replacement from Amazon. During that time that I was on the phone with her, Kristi was insulting, dismissive, sarcastic and wholly unconcerned not only with solving my problem but even with allowing me to complete a sentence. Dont waste your time and just go straight to Amazon!
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
