This is absolutely my worst experience EVER with an online buisness. I try to always give the benefit of the doubt. They charge astronomical shipping prices to begin with, which basically cancels out any saving you have gotten with it being a discount warehouse. You could take the money you pay in shipping and buy stuff from a store. My first order was a total of $305.50, $34.36 of that is shipping. When the allison pants arrived 6 of them where way bigger than the manufacturer size chart indicates. When I called to try to return them and get six of the correct size sent out, they informed me that I would have to measure all of the pants to prove they were Miss sized and then make a whole new order for the six new pants because I needed them here in a hurry because it took a week and a half to get to this point. So now I had to make a second order totaling $146.24, $38.90 in shipping charges. Now if I want to return the whole order and just buy everything matching from the store you have to pay a restocking fee and you have to pay for the return shipping. They do not work with you at all to resolve issues in fact I've had to call them every time to find out what's going on and even then they don't seem to know what's going on and you get placed on hold. The socks and belts were great and the kids size pants but all the adult size pants are messed up. Great prices if you order enough in advance and dont have to return anything.
