Shipping time arrival seems off. 3 days to process, 3 days to embroider is fair, then a couple days to actually ship. Within 10 days would seem more accurate.

Found just what I was looking for and at a good price
Overall, I'm pretty happy with the hats I ordered. The hats themselves are nice quality, but I was a little surprised at just how small the lettering turned out to be on the custom embroidering. I wonder if it's because I used all 12 available character spaces, and perhaps the longer your embroidered writing is, the smaller they make the "font" so that it fits? Not sure. It would have been nice to see some kind of mock-up digital proof to get a sense of what the final product would look like.
Regardless of size, the embroidered letters themselves came out really nicely. Overall good purchase.
