Placing orders on your site is hassle free and self explanatory without much confusion. I have ordered your clothing from a retail store in the past. I will be ordering from you directly in the future. By doing this I will save approximately $20.00 per item which enables me to order more each time I place an order. Your clothing in my opinion is equal to or better than Under Armour, Reebok, Adidas, and Nike. Your clothing blows these other company out of the water when it comes to pricing. Your 1/4 or 1/2 zip pullovers beat these 4 giants in pricing and quality. I only purchase Nike when it comes to footwear. However, I do own footwear from Reebok and Under Armour only because the were given to me. I will continue to purchase your clothing in the future. Your site was a gem of a find. Great product, great customer service and great pricing is what will keep me coming back to your site in the future.

Our youth football team ordered Red Jerseys, but that isn't what we got. We were shipped a completely different color. When our team mom reached out to epic sports.com she was basicly told even though it was there error, she would need to pay a restocking fee and shipping to get them returned. That is absolutely ridiculous, why should the parents or the team mom have to pay more for a mistake that way made in the warehouse? Defiently not my idea of "White Glove " Customer service.
I was thrilled with the product and the customer service. One pair of pants I ordered seemed to be irregular and I was able to return without issue. I will be a repeat customers. Thank you
Our football team was sent the wrong color practice jerseys by this awful company. They sent us burgundy jerseys, instead of red. To make matters worse, these practice jerseys were for our mega scrimmage that the boys are having. With the error being on their end, this awful company had the audacity to tell our team mom that she has to pay the shipping to return the incorrect jerseys, as well as a 20% restocking fee! This is a despicable company and should be shut down immediately. To have a team mom, who already volunteers her time to these young athletes, pay more money, for an error that is not her own, is RIDICULOUS! This company needs to act like it values it's customers!

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
