Shirt sleeves way toooooo long
The whole process from selecting the product to delivery was spot on and no issues. My products even arrived earlier than expected. I was really impressed and even by this survey. Most companies won't take the time to self evaluate their processes and procedures. That is a sign of a company that cares and wants to keep improving and not be stagnant on possible ways to improve.

The size selection is great. My son is only 12, but he's built like a 16 yr old lineman. So, it's great to find football gear (especially pants) that fit perfectly.

It was very easy to order. My only complaint is the medium was too small, but I ordered based on the sizing chart. I can return and exchange easily, but I have to pay for shipping both ways. That adds $10 onto a $6.89 pair of shorts. There also was not a packing label or receipt included in the shipment. Everyone has been wonderful to deal with, friendly and helpful. However, it's not economical to spend as much on shipping (or more) for a pair of shorts.
Great selection and pricing. Just don't like the "see price in cart!" thing... go back and forth for the real value of the item(s)...
