I was leaving town for a tournament on the 31st, and placed my order on the 23rd. The expected delivery date was the 29th. One of the items was back ordered which delayed the delivery. I contacted customer service and we worked out a plan to get my order. I was nervous but my order arrived about 30 mins before I was set to leave for my trip. In the end Christina got it done! Thank you so much, I will definitely order again!

**HEAVY RESTOCKING FEES ON MISREPRESENTED ITEM SIZES*** Rawlings 12.5" Softball Glove actually a 11.75" Rawlings Baseball Glove. Could not get my hand in it. Subjected me to 30% Restocking fee. Absolutely pathetic. WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE ASSCLOWNS AGAIN.

I ordered the flag belts with expedited shipping to reach us prior to our jamboree. Item was showing as shipped, but no tracking #. It was the day after they were supposed to arrive, and I called customer service. He said no tracking number would be available until they actually shipped, and would refund my charge for the expedited shipping. Was supposed to receive the items on Thursday, did not receive until that following Monday.
