I ordered 20 pairs of socks, 4 of them a smaller size for boys with slightly smaller feet for my sons football team. I received my order 4 weeks after it was processed, 2 months in advance, luckily, than when we needed the socks. When I opened the bag I received 16 pairs of socks (correct style and size) and 4 pairs totally different style and wrong size! When I called customer service, they would not expedite the exchange and said I would have to pay for the expedited shipping! NO WAY! Epic Sports made the mistake, not me! Epic Sports general management also believes that this is a fair customer service, they wouldn't pay the extra $2.40 to expedite shipping for 4 pairs of socks so that our team is wearing all the same socks on game day supporting breast cancer awareness. Very disappointing and I will NEVER use EPIC SPORTS again for any type of order personal or for teams. They have lost my business for GOOD! I'm the team mom for all three of my sons teams sports (baseball, football, soccer) and since I didn't make the mistake they should make sure the customer is happy and get the correct item before game day! Since this was not important to them, I wouldn't use Epic Sports for any order of equipment and team clothing! Their warehouse is incompetent and clearly isn't paying attention to the customers order. Customer Service needed pictures and all this information to prove what I received was incorrect but, after jumping through all the hoops for them, they couldn't step up for me. STAY AWAY! Don't trust Epic SPORTS!

I was overall pleased with the product and service I received. I selected one day shipping and became a bit nervous when I hadn't received a tracking number the day before. I reached out to customer service via email and received a response almost immediately ensuring me I would receive my order on the specified date. I received my order as promised.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
