Easy to navigate site. The size guide was listed for convenience. Good price. Shipping price is too high and shipping takes too long to arrive. I order products online weekly and am exposed to many different companies shipping prices and timelines. Epic should re-evaluate to see how to bring down shipping costs and have faster delivery.

Absolutely Rediculous! Now that this issue has finally been handled I will be posting the absurdity of this experience in detail. The fact that I ordered 3 shirts I thought looked cool. Not only were they unable to deliver to my home, they only returned $5.96 of the $33 order. They charged me 2x@ $11 shipping and misc charges for restocking fee. I would not recommend Epic Sports. Their customer service was not helpful, in the end not only did I not recieve my order they kept somewhere around $26 dollars in which I recieved nothing but a headache and pointless frustration. Maybe they have a good product, I wouldn't know, due to the fact I never recieved it. Order at your own risk, and God help you if you have any issue receiving your product because you'll end up not only with nothing but they will take your money too. Ive never liked a company less than I this one.
Great products for price. Clothing was impressive with the way they fit, color, and material. Umpire equipment was great for the price. I have been sharing this company with many of my umpire friends.

The shirt arrived before the scheduled arrival. Nice quality, great price. My only complaint, and it is small, is the shirt seems to run a little big. Lt is for a costume and I was hoping it would have a more snug fit. My husband is happy and will continue to wear it long after Halloween.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
