The shirts that were made with a logo on the chest were fine. Unfortunately, the logo was too small. It did not match what epic sent me as a proof. Epic has since blamed me for not sending a correct logo? Epic has told me that I am not supposed to look at the proof as a proof. To which I wonder why epic even sends a proof. What's the point of proof if it's not to confirm that you are getting what you want. So epic sent me shirts with small logos that I really don't want my coaches wearing. Epic will not fix my order or reimburse my money. Epic has a great chance to Show stellar customer service and replace these 20 shirts with correct shirts that We actually want to wear. In the long term it would be better for epic to satisfy their customer then cling to the $200 or so that they made. I will be an athletic Director for the next 20 years? I will never buy coaching shirts from epic again. So epic is losing $4000 in the future for the $200 today I would say epic is making poor decisions.
I am very unhappy with EPIC sports. I ordered mesh netting for both my dugouts for softball. The shipment was over a week later then stated, then wrong netting was sent. I contacted customer service through email with many different things communicated from they didn't send the wrong item, then they did sent the wrong item, to EPIC had wrong number in advertisement, to the final decision ya'll sent wrong item but vendor does not have available. That I just have to deal and return item, can't wait to see if item because available that I ordered or if they will have at all. By the way EPIC still has this item for sale on website. Then not being to talk to a live person on phone which made this process go on for a week, the person on email refused to give a number or contact for a person above her (manager etc.). Was told basically sorry but not sorry no care for customers done wrong at all. So item will be returned but said it could take up to 15-21 days for refund for something I need in a couple of weeks which does not allow me to even buy a new product until refund has been shown on school credit card. Yet EPIC does not care to rectify this situation at all for their mistake. Know I'm stuck for the next month with no net system.

Quick and easy shipping. Shirt quality is amazing. I love they are light weight and not see-through. The shirts run a little big/baggy, but I personally like it better that way. Very comfortable. I will order from here again.
