Buyer beware. This company does not stand behind its products and does not provide quality service. I placed an order for 20 pair of pink socks for my daughter's soccer team in October 2018 in honor of breast cancer awareness. The socks from Epic were subpar quality. I returned the socks in the original packaging. The company credited me for few socks than purchased and charged me a restocking fee (not previously disclosed). I phoned customer service spoke with "Brian" then "Kase" two untrained and unprofessional representatives of a company. I was told that Epic Sports usually handles large volume customers, ouch and thank you. Individual customers like me take your business and your shopping elsewhere. I won't be surprised to see Epic Sports go out-of-business. Fortunately, there are other companies on the web who put their customers and quality service first. I found what I needed and the quality I needed on Amazon.
It was quick and easy. I just wish that the process of making changes to your cart was easier. Thank you!
