Although I received my order and the sweatshirts looked very good, I have sent a few emails regarding the "deception" of your website, resulting in an incorrect size order. Your website specifically stated to order a size larger. The size larger was too big. I would have ordered an XL, but because of the suggestion on your site, I ordered a XXL. I did receive a reply to my request and they told me because of the custom nature of the order, they said there was nothing they could do about it. I feel like this is an inappropriate response because of the misleading statement on your website. I think this should be remedied by sending me two new sweatshirts.
My kids really wanted to look cool with cut off tech shirts with hoods - in comes these shirts, inexpensive and so many colors. They are were perfect and great quality for the price!

Ordered socks and shorts for our soccer club. Everything came as ordered and on time.
Our league has used this site for several seasons for all of our baseball belts and socks. The price point is great and they are good quality. I like how fast we receive our orders. The only complaint is everything is thrown in a box all together so the sorting can be long and difficult.
Everything was easy except the softball belts and socks were two different colors. My return was easy.
Jacket came in a decent amount of time considering the overpriced expressed shipping fee. Jacket was very thin and had little to no lining on the inside.

I was missing an item from my order and the letters and numbers were crooked on some of the jerseys. Not terribly crooked but it looked as if I ironed them on at home.
I was notified that an item in my order was on back order 2 days before my delivery date. I asked if another size that wasn't on back ordered could shipped and I received no response. An incomplete order is just as bad as no order.
My experience is very satisfied with this order and will continue to expect nothing but the highest quality from them
