Was just contacted today that a Christmas gift I ordered (that was supposed to be delivered tomorrow) is on back order. This is 5 days before Christmas! INFURIATING, to say the least. I'm told this 3 weeks after I ordered it and have been waiting. I don't think I would have ever heard anything had I not emailed them this morning because I haven't received a tracking number yet. Very bad customer service, they don't keep you up to date on your order. They left me in a bind. Getting my refund and never again will I bother with this company!
I ordered a pair of baseball umpiring plate shoes that Epic advertised. They sent me a paid of field shoes instead. That should not have been a problem. It took a couple days for them to research what happened internally and send me an authorization for a return. By the time they were ready to send me the correct shoes, they were sold out. Customer service refused to honor the price for when they were back in stock. Had I known they were out of stock I could have ordered the same shoes from another site and received free shipping. Instead, Epic's mistake cost me money and customer service didn't care. I am very disappointed with how they handled their own mistake.
